I enjoy teaching Spanish to the children of Peninsula Heritage School. It’s always a pleasure to teach a second language to an eager and enthusiastic audience. We sing and dance and learn games that facilitate the acquisition of Spanish. I incorporate puppets into the program so that the children are willing to dialogue in Spanish with each other.

I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts and a multiple subject teaching credential. I also received a certificate of competency from California State University at Dominguez focusing on bilingual and multicultural education. I have taught grades Preschool through sixth grade, in public and private schools for over 30 years.

My husband and I enjoy trying out new recipes and hosting dinner parties. We also enjoy traveling throughout California.
